Benny 500 (June 2026)

We spent 500 miles on the road with the absolute greatest group of adventurers on the second inaugural Benny 500 Tour! The stories we shared and the memories we built are things we will carry with us for a very long time. As we always say, this isn’t just a driving tour—it’s a family road trip. This year, that couldn't have been truer, as we were lucky enough to have five kiddos and two college kids join us for the adventure! We had ourselves quite a week, covering exactly 476.1 miles! Together, we explored the stunning grounds of The Mount, enjoyed a beautiful dinner at the historic Red Lion Inn, traversed the breathtaking heights of Mount Greylock, and took in the incredible artwork of Norman Rockwell. We conquered twisting mountain roads, braved the rain, took a beautiful cruise down the Hudson River, and stepped back in time at Old Sturbridge Village. Our week culminated with a barbecue feast at the American Heritage Museum surrounded by planes ranging from the early 1900's to an F-105 Thunderchief.

Bennett Automotive Foundation at the Woo Sox (September 2025)

We were honored on the field at the Woo Sox in September. This was also the first time there was ever a Packard in Polar Park! It was a great game for our hometown of Rutland and we are so appreciative of all of the support!

Benny 50 Ice Cream Tour (August 2025)

We hosted our first Benny 50 Tour through the back roads of Central Massachusetts. This tour boasted over 20 antique vehicles and lots of happy children enjoying ice cream!

Drive-In Movie Night (July 2025)

This summer we hosted our second annual 'Drive-in Movie' night at Parker's Packards. About 50 spectators enjoyed viewing Back to the Future on the big screen outside.

2025 Benny 500-Stowe, VT Tour (June 2025)

Our inaugural Benny 500 Tour in June 2025 was a tremendous success, taking nine vintage cars on a 500-mile family adventure through New England. The tour kicked off in Massachusetts and continued through covered bridges and scenic back roads in New Hampshire's Sunapee region before a fantastic feast in Stowe, Vermont. A highlight of the trip was conquering the challenging Smuggler's Notch mountain pass and riding a gondola to the summit of Mount Mansfield for lunch at the renowned Cliff House Restaurant. We returned to Massachusetts along the famously scenic Vermont 100, stopping for local cheese and to admire iconic movie cars before celebrating the end of our journey. The tour wrapped up with a "Cars and Coffee" event, but the most rewarding part of the entire adventure was sharing the experience with our youngest enthusiasts, making this inaugural tour an unforgettable one.

Parker's Packards Classic

The Bennett Automotive Foundation was introduced at the Parker's Packards Classic on July 14, 2024. There were many antique cars in attendance that the kids were able to view. Parker's Packards 1936 Packard Sedan and Kenny Freiner's 1926 Packard Touring could be seen giving kids rides up and down River Road. There was an ice cream truck with goodies for all to enjoy. All in all, it was a very successful day!
